Increasing Students’ Understanding at SMK Negeri 7 Pekanbaru Regarding Criminal Acts of Violence Committed by Children

The problem identified in this community service activity is the limited understanding of students regarding criminal acts of violence committed by children at SMK N 7 Pekanbaru. Due to this lack of knowledge, there is a high possibility that acts of violence may be committed by the students.The partner’s participation in this community service activity included providing the venue and supporting facilities for the implementation of the activity, as well as inviting students to participate in the program on improving understanding of criminal acts of violence committed by children at SMK N 7 Pekanbaru. The partner’s main problem in this community service activity is the limited knowledge of SMK N 7 Pekanbaru students regarding criminal acts of violence committed by children. The implementation of this community service activity can be considered successful, and its benefits were directly felt by the participants, namely the increased knowledge of SMK N 7 Pekanbaru students regarding criminal acts of violence committed by children. This can be seen from the participants’ responses to the questionnaires given before and after the activity was carried out.
